Meet Jenn
A Colorado-based photographer drawn to candid moments and real connection. I photograph stories as they unfold, so the feeling of the moment lives on long after it’s passed.

Before I was even ten years old, I was stealing my family’s flip phones to take photos of wildlife and the people around me. I didn’t know what I was doing, I just knew I didn’t want to forget the moments I was seeing.

As I got older, photography came with me everywhere. At thirteen, I saved up for my first DSLR, and from then on, a camera was never far from reach. Road trips, climbing days, quiet mornings, big adventures, I was always the one documenting life as it unfolded. I’ve only ever regretted one thing: the times I didn’t bring my camera.

That love for capturing moments grew alongside a deep connection to the outdoors, eventually leading me into a career as an outdoor guide in places like Yosemite, Alaska, and Colorado. Spending years in wild, unpredictable environments taught me how to stay present, move with intention, and notice what’s happening beneath the surface. These are skills that naturally shaped how I photograph people.

Today, my focus is candid, emotion-driven photography. I’m drawn to real moments - laughter, nerves, quiet connection, and everything in between. My goal is to capture not just how something looked, but how it felt, so the memory stays alive every time you look back.

If this feels like you, I’d love to help tell your story.
